Addysen started 5th grade....top of the totem pole at their school. She's excited because she got picked to do the announcements every morning. After being told she was WAY too fast, she's learned to slow down while reciting the pledge. We (translation: I) have already attended three informational meetings for her...now we're debating whether or not to join the 5th grade band. Flute or trumpet?
Cannon started 4th grade. He likes being with his friends again -- and his teacher is very nice....however, he's commented that the school day seems longer. We're trying to get back into the routine...He absolutely LOVES cub scouts and is excited for soccer to start again this week.
Our little boo da loos started kindergarten. WOW. She loves riding the bus and starts chit-chatting with her friends before we've even finished waving good-bye. Her teacher seems really nice and so far, the school year is off to a good start. Now, if we could just get Brynnley and Kenzie to stop messing around at night...getting up early wouldn't be so difficult.

What great pictures of the kids! Band is a hard choice...Emma does flute and Leah does bells (basically the xylophone) and Sydney will be starting trumpet next week. What a world of opportunities that starts to open up for these kids!
