Inauguration of the Carpet...

It's hard to teach a little girl how to throw up. (This was a staged picture. I'm not that mean of a mom - to take pictures while "in process" would be truly cruel.)

Good thing I had been out of the shower and dressed for less than an hour. (For those who are sincerely worried about my sanity...the fact that I had Brynnley take a picture means it's all ok. There is more cause for concern when I don't share the intimate details of my life. Ha - if we could only be so lucky!)

That's pretty impressive that you took a picture of that. My clothes would immediately be off and start cleaning the toilet (before I threw up because of the smell) Poor Girl, though.

Hatsuho - see what you have to look forward to in just a few short weeks? I guess by the 4th child, you stop being shocked at all the "stuff" that comes your way -- take pictures and post it for all the world to see. Am I mental, or what?

Dido on the white carpet or anything not multi-colored for that matter.

I laughed and laughed at the one of you. Aren't kids amazing? I think the blogging thing helps mellow me out when craziness happens because I immediately want the camera instead of doing what would make me the mean mom.

Yes - kids are fun...and all that being a parent entails. I just have to know that we are "normal" with our craziness...as long as we are normal, I can handle most anything -- at least, eventually.

wow That is really funny!!! And she even smiled for the picture what a sweet girl!!! Ya, that is the one thing I haven't figured out about white carpet yet. Keeping ther shoes off and the fod in the kitchen works pretty well, it's the throw up that kills it. Nolan threw up in our front room a couple months ago and every time I walk through that room that spot just jumps out at me, so if you afre able to get that out let me know how. Actually I was going to ask you guys who you had clean your carpet because in the next month or two we will be getting that done. Sorry this is a book. Keep the funny stuff coming, I need that laugh every so often.

I used the rest of the bottle of my carpet cleaner...it's not perfect (and the spots will always jump out at me) but it's better. I need a new bottle - -and we've only been in the house 2 months! But, it's taken out marker twice...

This is classic... I love that you actually got out the camera to take pics of it all. We went through something similar before Christmas, but I didn't actually get pics... just a little frustrated. Anyhow, saw your blog on the Jensens who saw mine on Stelters... :) Small world. Glad to have y'all in our ward again!

Tacie, you are the best. :) I agree with you on the white carpet. AND...why is it that the kids usually do all of their lovely upspouts when daddy isn't there? When Andy used to go out of town on business a couple of days at a time, Tay and Rachey would get sick and I'd have them camped out in our kitchen to keep them away from our OFF-WHITE carpet!!!! Andy would get home and ask, "well, how have you been?" At that point...what is there to say?
